Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website. This statement explains the standard we work to, what we have done, where we fall short, and how to tell us if something doesn’t work for you.

Last updated 7 June 2026

This statement reflects our current, good-faith efforts. An accessibility helper tool is provided as a convenience but is not a substitute for an accessible site, and using it does not by itself guarantee legal conformance. For a binding assessment, have the site independently audited by an accessibility specialist.

Our Commitment

NEXRAY & CO (“we,” “us”) is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing process and aim to continually improve the experience for all users and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They have three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA.

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It is currently partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, while some content does not yet fully conform, as described under Known Limitations below. We are actively working to close these gaps.

Standards & Legal Framework

WCAG 2.1 AA is the technical standard referenced by the major accessibility laws relevant to our visitors and clients, including:

• The European Accessibility Act (EAA) and harmonised standard EN 301 549 (European Union).
• The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 (United States).
• The Equality Act 2010 (United Kingdom).
• National accessibility requirements and the rights of People of Determination (United Arab Emirates).

Where these frameworks apply to us, our objective is to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria they reference.

Accessibility Features of This Site

Measures we have taken include:

• An on-page accessibility helper (the circular button on every page) offering larger text, increased contrast, link highlighting, a more readable font, paused animations, and a larger cursor — with your choices remembered between visits.
• A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
• Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• Respect for your operating system’s “reduce motion” preference.
• Semantic page structure, descriptive headings, landmark regions, and text alternatives for images.
• Labelled form fields and clear error messaging.
• A responsive layout that supports zoom and text resizing up to 200%.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

• Interactive 3D and video. Certain pages use embedded 3D scenes and scroll-driven video for visual effect. These are decorative and hidden from assistive technology, but they may not work fully with every device or assistive setup.
• Third-party content. Some embedded or third-party components may not be fully under our control.
• Colour contrast. A small number of decorative or secondary elements are being reviewed and adjusted to meet contrast requirements.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — see Feedback below.

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and common assistive technologies, including screen readers and operating-system accessibility tools. It is best experienced with your browser and assistive software kept up to date.
